An outdated or deteriorating swimming pool should not detract from the beauty and value of your home. At J. Caldwell Custom Pools, our pool remodeling and structural renovation services transform tired, cracked, or architecturally dated pools into stunning modern showpieces. We do not believe in superficial, cosmetic cover-ups. An outdated or deteriorating swimming pool should never detract from your property’s value. Our structural remodeling team transforms tired, cracked, or inefficient pools into stunning modern showpieces. We replace dated layouts with contemporary designs, integrating luxury features like Baja shelves, custom spas, and natural stone finishes built for upscale entertaining.
We never apply superficial cosmetic fixes over underlying structural flaws. Every remodel begins with thorough diagnostics: pressure-testing underground plumbing lines, evaluating soil drainage, and inspecting the gunite shell for subsurface cracks. By resolving structural vulnerabilities first, we ensure your newly remodeled pool performs flawlessly for decades without hidden surprises.
You aren’t locked into your pool’s original footprint. We can reshape existing gunite shells to add broad sun shelves with bubblers, raised spillover spas, swim-up seating, and modern fire features. Finished with imported travertine coping and vibrant pebble aggregate plaster, your remodeled pool will feel brand-new.
Say goodbye to loud, obsolete single-speed pumps and skyrocketing electric bills. We modernize your equipment pad with matched, commercial-grade Jandy® variable-speed pumps, oversized multi-cyclone filters, and intelligent mobile automation. Control water temperatures, jets, and LED lighting right from your smartphone while enjoying whisper-quiet operation and lower operating costs.
The biggest fear in remodeling is uncovering unexpected costs halfway through demolition. Because we perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations before drafting your agreement, our initial quote accounts for full restoration, plumbing remediation, and equipment upgrades. We provide an honest, all-inclusive proposal in writing, eliminating mid-project budget anxiety.
Remodeling happens in your personal living space, and we treat your property with white-glove respect. We designate equipment access pathways, protect mature landscaping, and maintain strict dust-containment practices during demolition. Our dedicated on-site supervisors keep the jobsite tidy and coordinate trades swiftly to minimize disruption to your home.
Don’t settle for a frustrating, high-maintenance swimming pool. Rediscover the full potential of your backyard with a complimentary on-site pool diagnostic inspection and 3D remodeling consultation. Our design team will assess your existing structure and present a clear transformation plan. Call (817) 237-7665 to begin your renovation.
