Verified 4.5-star Google reviews from DFW homeowners who trusted J. Caldwell with their dream pool.
"Completed a pool remodel with them and it went great! Communication with Amy from the start was good and then to the construction part with Ben. My backyard looks like it got a brand new pool. Great team to work with and I would recommend them 7 days a week!"
"J Caldwell is the best. I have had multiple pools built and they are superior in every way. You don't find honesty and integrity often these days. If you are looking for new construction or remodeling this is your company."
"I cannot recommend J. Caldwell Custom Pools enough! They were recommended to us by a family friend to do a renovation and add a sun shelf. Even though we live more than 3.5 hours from DFW, Ben made the trip out just to do our quote. Every crew showed up on time and worked late! You can tell that they take pride in their work and are skilled at what they do!"
"From design with Ashley to construction, then some redesign as a whim, to start-up and opening pool day, the entire process has been smooth, friendly, accommodating and beautiful. We are proud to own and to recommend J Caldwell Custom Pools."
"The team at J Caldwell was awesome to work with and built us an amazing pool! Thank you!!"
"J Caldwell Pools exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Tanya was so helpful and knowledgeable in working with us to design our pool and pick out the finishes within our budget. The construction crew was one of the best contractors on site — on time and on budget."
"Wonderful to work with and we are very happy with the pool."
"We purchased a home where J Caldwell installed a pool a couple years back. The pool is beautiful and works well. We recently had a minor issue and they were wonderful — helping me immensely and immediately. Even during off hours, FaceTiming me and setting up the appropriate people to come address the issue. Would absolutely recommend using them!!"
"After waiting years we finally made the decision to build a pool. Tanya Metz is a pool designer wizard and listened to everything we desired. We opted for water features they had never produced. Tanya made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Austin Tidwell oversaw the project, always on-site and ready to answer any questions. Both the pool and spa are exceptional."
"J Caldwell Pools did a wonderful job. It was a very smooth process from the planning and design all the way through the construction. They delivered what they promised. The finished product is beautiful."
"We couldn't be happier with our new pool!! The construction process was so impressive. Our site manager's communication was all we can hope for. This is the second pool we have constructed with J. Caldwell. And if we ever have the opportunity to build a third, there will be no hesitation on who we will select."
"An incredible team! Made our vision come to life. Everyone was extremely kind, professional. Very happy with this investment. Will 100% use J Caldwell again."
"We had a great experience with J Caldwell Pools! We wanted a pool and hot tub, patio extension, outdoor kitchen and pergola. Ashley worked up a fantastic design with added details to tie in the outdoor space with our home! We absolutely LOVE our backyard!!"
